Kaytlin is a Dade City native and a Pasco High Alumni, with a strong background in healthcare administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management and has worked in the healthcare field since 2015, gaining extensive experience across multiple areas of operations and patient services.
In 2024, Kaytlin joined Royal Oak as the HIM Director, where she quickly demonstrated her ability to lead, adapt, and drive organizational success. She has since transitioned into the Admissions and Marketing Director role, where she blends her healthcare expertise with a passion for community outreach, relationship-building, and patient-centered care. Kaytlin takes pride in being actively involved in the local community and values building strong connections that support both residents and families.
Outside of work, Kaytlin is married and a proud mother of two. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
